Sharon Flora is a leading Dry Eye Optometrist with over 20 years of experience, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular surface disease. A graduate of the University of Bradford and Anglia Ruskin University, she was named BCLA Dry Eye Practitioner of the Year 2023 in recognition of her innovative, patient-first approach to care.

Sharon is the founder of The Eye Retreat Medispa, a unique UK clinic combining advanced dry eye care with aesthetic treatments. With locations in Leeds and London, her clinics are known for delivering some of the most advanced dry eye therapies in the country within a personalised, welcoming environment.
Innovation & Leadership
The Eye Retreat was the first UK clinic to introduce the InMode Envision device, and Sharon was the first clinician in the UK to perform radiofrequency treatments for dry eye. As Lead UK KOL for InMode Envision and CSI Dry Eye Software (AI-powered diagnostics), she continues to lead innovation in the field.
