IPL and RF treatments are not only effective for the management of dry eye disease but are also used in medical aesthetics for skin rejuvenation. Introducing our esteemed team leader Sharon Flora, a passionate and dedicated professional in the eye care industry. With over a decade of experience, Sharon is the founder of Wood Street Opticians, a London based optical practice, and has recently opened her second location, The Eye Retreat Medispa, based in Leeds.
Sharon's commitment to providing exceptional care is evident in her approach to treating every patient as if they were a part of her own family. As an Award-Winning Dry Eye Specialist, she continuously strives to learn and develop her skills to offer the best in dry eye therapy. Sharon's passion for utilising the latest technology to deliver outstanding results for her patients is truly remarkable.
At The Eye Retreat Medispa, we hold the highest standards of eye care and customer service, and Sharon embodies these values. Her dedication to the industry has earned her recognition as the recipient of the "2023 BCLA Dry Eye Practitioner Of The Year Award."
In her leisure time, Sharon enjoys relaxing her mind and body through her newfound love for Peloton, and cherishes spending time with her family and adorable children. We are honoured to have Sharon as our leader, and her commitment to excellence is an inspiration to us all.

Dr Ruth Brady
Multi Award Winning Aesthetic Practitioner
Dr Ruth Brady is a dental surgeon who has gained recognition for her work in the field of Advanced Facial Aesthetics. She has won seven international awards for her facial work.
Dr Ruth works non-surgically to improve a whole range of features. She is a great believer in producing natural results, consistent with ‘normal’ anatomy. The ‘natural look” has become her absolute hallmark. All her treatment plans are bespoke and every prospective patient is given an hour-long consultation.
Dr Brady enjoys playing the piano and loves music at home and work, to ensure a relaxed environment for her clients. Needlework and dressmaking is another passion and she loves relaxing with family and is addicted to the dachshund breed of dogs.

Rana Elshennawy is an Aesthetic Practitioner at our medispa. With a strong background in pharmacy and extensive clinical experience, Rana is dedicated to promoting skin and hair health while enhancing natural beauty. She specializes in a range of aesthetic treatments, including various medical-grade skin treatments, chemical peels, Lumecca (Intense Pulsed Light), Forma (Radio Frequency), and Diolaze (Laser Hair Removal) treatments. Rana's mission is to empower individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their skin, ensuring safety and natural results.
