When I first met Sharon, I’d been having pretty unbearable eye pain for some time. I’d previously gone to another dry eye clinic who sadly wasn’t much help. I had an amazing experience at this dry eye clinic!

I have very dry eyes, and with Sharon's recommendation, I got RF dry eye treatment done, and in my first session, I could already feel the lightness in my eyes. Of course, it's not completely gone as it takes more sessions and expressions. The first session, my eye meibomian glands, were very blocked, so it was hard to express all the blockages. But I'm glad I tried it out! I'm looking forward to getting more skin treatments, too, like the morpheus8 and lumecca, as I also have dark eye circles and redness around my t-zone.

I've been receiving dry eye treatment from Sharon for some time now.

I used to have severe dry eyes, needing drops constantly and not finding any relief, but now I hardly ever have to use them. As a young patient, I felt overlooked by the NHS multiple times, while they do offer some treatments, there aren't as many options available compared to what Sharon provides. She has such care and compassion, and goes above and beyond to ensure I'm feeling well and keeps me informed about additional ways to improve my health.

I've had IPL, radio frequency, zest, and more treatments with her, she's always incredibly kind and thorough in explaining each procedure, including the benefits. I was particularly impressed with the RF treatment; not only did it help my dry eyes, but it also improved the look of my hollow and dark under-eye area. There’s no miracle solution for dry eye, so don’t expect to feel 100% better right away. It’s an ongoing journey, which takes time Sharon will work hard to ensure you have more good days than bad ones.

I've been seeing Sharon for about a year

Now regarding my severe dry eyes and they've significantly improved my quality of life. Before I saw them I was using drops 40+ times a day, the standard heat patch and dry eye protocol with little discernable difference; still leading me to have constant corneal abrasions at night. I was apprehensive about opening the more severe eye in the morning due to the abrasions and had to wake up in the middle of the night to reapply eye ointment, change my sleeping position, try squeeze an eye drop in my eye before I even opened it properly; even then it only worked about 40% of the time.

After throwing pretty much everything at it, IPL, radio-frequency, amniotic membranes etc., I now only need drops around 5 times a day on a good day (with some manuka honey drops) and only rarely have an eye abrasion (very very mild and not corneal). I do also wear dry eye glasses to help out in windy environments and when I work too but that's a more recent development. I can now open my eyes in the morning without worrying about pain! As well as all the treatment options, they also made recommendations on products and supplements which are spot on and help. I'd highly recommend anyone with dry eyes go here.
